The Pro-Fil Foundation partners with local churches through its Study Tutorial Centers (STCs) to support children and families in need. These centers provide educational assistance, helping students improve academically while fostering community engagement. Through this collaboration, the foundation and churches work together to address both educational and spiritual needs, creating a sustainable impact on local communities. 

EFCP is a member of the Asia Evangelical Free Church (AEFC), connecting with a network of Evangelical Free churches across the Asia-Pacific region to strengthen faith and mission efforts. Recently, EFCP also joined the International Federation of Free Evangelical Churches (IFFEC), becoming part of a global movement that shares resources and collaborates on spreading the gospel worldwide. Additionally, EFCP is a pioneering member of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC), partnering with other evangelical groups to advocate for religious freedom and social justice in the Philippines.

Allianz Mission International Philippines (AMIP) is part of Alliance Mission from Germany which is a global Christian organization active in 30 countries. Founded in 1889 as an independent, interdenominational group, it became the foreign mission of the Free Evangelical Congregations (FeG) in 1960 and works with various other communities. Its work is primarily funded by donations. The mission employs 215 staff and 325 local workers worldwide, with its headquarters in Dietzhölztal-Ewersbach, Central Hesse. Since 2021, the Neukirchen Mission has been part of the Alliance Mission.

Prepare Kingsway Ministries Inc.- Rapha Ministries is a certified non profit organization that aims to provide holistic care and empowerment of children, youth and their families located in Sampalocan, Antipolo. 

German Embassy in Manila represents Germany in the Philippines, handling diplomatic relations, visa applications, consular services, and bilateral cooperation. It is located in Makati City and serves German citizens and Filipino nationals needing assistance with travel, legal matters, and cultural exchange programs.
