The Evangelical Theological College of the Philippines – Luzon (ETCP) is the theological training institution of the Luzon Region Evangelical Free Church of the Philippines, Inc. (EFCP). Dedicated to equipping individuals for pastoral and educational ministries, ETCP–Luzon aims to produce highly competent graduates who will make a profound impact on the church and the marketplace for God. Guided by its mission to provide quality biblical, theological, and practical training for God’s glory, the school upholds its motto: “We have the vision to see, faith to believe, and courage to do the task!”

Established in Cebu City in 1986, ETCP was founded as a four-year Bible college under the Evangelical Free Church of the Philippines. The Luzon campus started in Malabon in 1987 before settling in its current location at Valley Golf, Cainta, Rizal, in 1992. Today, ETCP–Luzon continues to offer programs such as the Bachelor of Arts in Theology, Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education, Bachelor of Pastoral Studies, and a Certificate of Church Ministry, shaping future leaders for God’s work.
